Dr Audrey Pang is a Senior Consultant Eye Surgeon who manages both adult and paediatric eye conditions. Alongside general ophthalmology, her practice covers myopia, amblyopia, paediatric cataract, paediatric eye disorders and strabismus.
She regularly performs adult cataract surgery, and strabismus (squint) surgery for both children and adults.
She completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of Cambridge and her postgraduate ophthalmology specialist training in Singapore. She is fellowship-trained in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus, having completed her clinical fellowship at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (NHS) in Cambridge, followed by clinical observerships at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute in the United States and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.
She was formerly Deputy Head of the Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus service and a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and is a Visiting Consultant to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National University Hospital.
From the youngest child to the most senior patients, she believes in creating a conducive environment for patients and families to optimise a patient’s vision potential, as this has far-reaching impact on their daily lives. It gives her great joy to help patients regain their vision, realign their eyes, or prevent visual loss through early detection and timely treatment.
